Gentle
Yoga (Beginner)
A restful practice designed to rejuvenate and restore your body. This is a beginner
level class incorporating light movement and breath.
Slow
Flow (Beginner)
This is a class that integrates the entire body with special emphasis
on breath and posture. This class is for EVERY BODY!
Hot
Vinyasa (Intermediate Level)
The room will be hot and the energy level will be high. Although
the poses will not be difficult, this will challenge your mind and
body.
Vinyasa (Intermediate
Level)
“THE MARRIAGE OF BREATH AND MOVEMENT”
This is a cardio-intensive practice linking breath and movement
in a free flowing sequence. An understanding of the physical
set of movements prescribed as links between asanas is helpful.
Short
Form Ashtanga (All Levels)
Derived from the Primary Series, this is an authentic class using
traditional yoga poses in a specific sequence. The sequence
does not change allowing you to learn it very well over time. (Followed
by a 30 minute teaching about yoga)
Tibetan
Heart Yoga (Intermediate Level)
The class will be a mix between Slow Flow and Vinyasa and will include
an ancient mediation practice called Tong Len (Giving and Taking). It
will take your practice to new depths and give it great meaning.
Eischens
Yoga (All Levels)
This is a highly therapeutic yoga practice. Each class works
in very simple poses to understand individual alignment and how
alignment affects energy.
