you like to deepen your yoga practice or consider a career as
a yoga instructor?
Yoga Lifestyle:
Join Brian Granader and other like minded yoga practitioners in an
exploration of how yoga works and why it can bring about great
change in your life, on and off the mat. This is a seven session course designed to help deepen your practice. Points of study include Short Form Ashtanga, Meditation, Journaling, Yoga Sutra, food choices, how to create lasting change in ones life at home and at work.
Teacher Training:
After completing the first seven session series, this next seven sessions will take you deeper into the mechanics of teaching, adjustments, posture and alignment, anatomy, creating a theme and connecting to students.

- Weekend Retreat in December
- Regular Meditation
- Regular Yoga Practice
- Journaling
- Learn to teach Short Form Ashtanga and a Slow Flow sequence
- Study of the Yoga Sutra
- Study of Yama Niyama.
