As many of you know I really enjoy hiking and backpacking.
I was reminded, this last weekend on the 21 mile long Manistee River Trail...to hike my hike.
This means if I want to push harder, stop, rest, take a picture or do walking meditation, I should. I should get my needs and wants met to have the fullest experience.
The same thing applies to our yoga practice...if you want to push harder or take Savasana for the class, you should....so practice your own practice or hike your own hike, either way get your needs and wants met on and off the mat:)
