Setting and keeping intentions

Setting intentions are easy...keeping them, not so much.
Try these three simple steps to help suggested by coach Chris Sarris.
1. Feel the intention in your heart...what would it feel like to achieve your goal?  What would the intention bring to your life?
2. Keep it realistic and simple. Deep inside you know if this is achievable. Get quiet enough to listen.  If there is no alignment, you will have a harder time.
3. Have some fun keeping it! Fun can be in the reward of success, bringing a friend along on your journey or simply having a bit of fun making it happen!
